Ginjo Ramen Kubota Main Branch
Ginjo Ramen Kubota uses noodles from Menya Teigaku for its tsukemen. Our homemade diamond noodles are made to order and are the result of repeated trial and error, creating an exquisite balance with soy sauce ramen and miso ramen! We also recommend the signature dish, the super rich meat-filled miso tsukemen.
